• To confirm student registration, please send to mdm2013 (at) di (dot) unimi (dot) it a copy of a document officially stating the current student status. Banquet and welcome cocktail are not included in student registration.
• On-site registration by credit card or cash is possible during the conference.

Paper Registration

Each paper to be included in the MDM 2013 proceedings must have at least one registration by its authors.
Demo, research, and industrial papers (regular or short) require a FULL registration.
Student registration is sufficient for PhD forum papers, and workshop-only registration is sufficient for workshop papers.

For an author with multiple papers, the second and subsequent papers in the same registration form cost 200€ each, independently from the paper type.

Please note that, in case of multiple papers registration, only one conference participant pack will be issued to the registered author.

Page Limits: Over Length Charges

Up to 2 extra pages for each paper can be purchased at the cost of 75€ per page, to be paid with your conference registration. Information about page limits can be found in the relevant workshops/conference call for papers.

Registration Form and Payment

Payment by credit card is strongly encouraged. In exceptional cases in which a bank transfer is the only option, please refer to our registration web site. Please note that in case a bank transfer payment method is selected all bank costs must be paid by the conference attendee.
Funds must be received for any registration by the respective dates. Cash and credit card based registration will be available on-site.

Cancellation policy

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No refund will be processed for cancellation request submitted after April 30, 2013 23:59 PST (GMT-8). Please note that all approved refunds will only be processed after the Conference.

Other Policies

Payments made with fraudulent/stolen credit cards will be reported to the Interpol and the FBI and will be subject to criminal investigations.
